 Ground Breakers Consultant In Training (CIT) Requirements: 

1. EMDR basic training completion.
2. Provide a certificate of completion
3. Complete CIT declaration form
4. Choose a package
5. Provide a signed agreement prior to an initial meeting
6. Pay Invoice
7. Start Booking your consultations 

*The contract will be sent to you upon payment. We ask that you complete the contract in full before your first consultation.

*Send a copy of your EMDR basic certificate and CIT declaration to the Ground Breakers email ([email protected])

*Consultations must be completed within 12 months of purchase date.

*Extensions may be granted upon request. 

*$300 processing fee is nonrefundable. 

*Full refund is available for the EMDR certification packages less than $300 in processing fees. 

*A full refund is available. It must be requested within the first 90 days of purchase, with no more than 3 completed consultation hours.
