1. 10 hours of consultation required for EMDR basic training completion
2. Provide a basic training certificate of completion
3. Provide signed agreement prior to an initial meeting
4. Choose and pay for package
5. Start booking your consultations

*The contract can be accessed upon payment. We ask that you complete the contract in full before your first consultation.

*Unused subscription consultations and hours will not be refunded.

*Unused subscription consultations and hours cannot be carried over or transferred to another month.
