1. Registration & Payment

• Payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.

• Accepted payment methods include PayPal and all major debit and credit cards.

• All purchases for this training are non‑refundable.

2. Attendance & Cancellations

• If you are unable to attend after registering, you must notify Ground Breakers by emailing [email protected].

• Payments are non‑refundable and cannot be transferred to a future training. 

• No-shows without prior communication forfeit any partial or full refunds.

3. Recording & Intellectual Property

• Recording of the training (audio, video, or screen capture) is strictly prohibited unless you have received explicit written permission from the training hosts.

• All training materials—including slides, handouts, scripts, and protocols—are the intellectual property of Ground Breakers and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

4. Professional Use & Scope

• This training is designed for EMDR Trained mental health professionals who are using EMDR within their scope of practice.

• Participation in this training does not grant EMDR certification, consultation hours, or licensure.

• Clinicians are responsible for ensuring they use the material in accordance with their professional ethics, licensure requirements, and organizational policies.

5. Technology & Access

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they have stable internet access, a functioning device, and the ability to join the virtual training platform.

• Ground Breakers is not responsible for technical issues on the participant’s end that prevent attendance.

6. Conduct & Community Expectations

• This training is a shame‑free, culturally humble learning environment. Participants agree to engage respectfully with the trainers and fellow attendees.

• Disruptive, harmful, or discriminatory behavior may result in removal from the training without refund.

• The training content is educational and not a substitute for clinical supervision or consultation.

• The training hosts are not liable for any decisions, clinical outcomes, or actions taken by participants in their professional practice.
